About mFortune

mFortune first launched in 2007 to provide high-quality casino games for mobile and tablet devices, among the first to specialise in the mobile product over desktop. Since then it has evolved and offers high quality game play on both formats.

The site has grown is scale and offers a good range of casino games, unique slot games and a unique bingo format, all developed in-house.

We love that mFortune runs a UK based Call Centre that is open 24 hours a day, all year round.

mFortune has won many awards for its games over the years, most recently picking up Best Mobile Bingo product at the 2014 eGR Awards.

The standard offer for new players at mFortune is £5 free play with no deposit required. Play with the bonus on any game on site and any winnings are yours to keep up to £200.

All this with easy wagering requirements - see below.

mFortune has a unique 'deposit by phone bill' option. Players can make £3, £5 and £10 deposits by charging the deposit to their phone bill. This means instant credit to play and no financial details required.

mFortune adopt Inca the black bear at Dudley Zoo

If you are looking for a bingo and slots site with the human touch then look no further than mFortune. They speak the same language as you and me on their Facebook page, e.g., soaps and talent shows. And they love animals. So much so that they have adopted a huge black Asiatic bear that resides at Dudley Zoo.

Inca is 36 years old and a record breaker due to her advanced age, but she continues to enjoy good health and is monitored regularly by the zoo. She loves to sleep in a sunny corner of her enclosure, but still loves to use the climbing frame too.

As part of the symbolic adoption by mFortune, the brand will be providing Dudley Zoo with funds to install underfloor heating for Inca’s habitat.

The Asiatic black bear is listed as vulnerable by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), because of hunting and deforestation so it is vital to treat the remaining ones well, even in captivity. Sadly it may be the only way to keep them safe.

mFortune is based in the Black Country in the West Midlands and the bear has always historically been used as a symbol of quality for the region, so the adoption of Inca acts as a fitting tribute to the area and a symbol of the quality of games you will find at mFortune.

This site fobbed me off several times stating that they never received my ID when I sent it several times. They make it impossible to withdraw your winnings. This is the only site that asks for any bit of identification you have and when you give it to them its not enough. Avoid like the plague! I closed my account. What worries me now is that they have all my ID. Ive had to change my mobile number as well through fear and what ive read about them taking money.

Awful site! Won over 100 after years of playing only to be told after i put my ID in i couldn't withdraw all because had expired! Also be aware your money pends for 3 days before they go to send it (or don't) this is so they find a loophole out of paying you.
I have played on many sites and this has never happened to me before. Support don't help at all and are rude should all be sacked! After 4 years of playing I wont be back.

I signed up to mFortune Bingo recently - I was attracted by the simplicity of depositing - no requirement for card details, you can deposit via phone bill, PayPal, Paysafe etc. Great, I thought. Add to that a £5 bonus on joining and a !00% deposit match bonus on your first deposit - it looked good.
However - why is there so often a 'however' for these sites? - having given it a go with a few deposits I'm not so impressed.
Here are my reasons. Firstly, the slots - some require a minimum wager of £1.50 per spin, so if you're looking for 1p games, this isn't for you. Payouts appear to be modest, when they happen at all.
Secondly, the bingo. I have succeeded in joining a bingo room once, on my first visit to the site. Subsequently, I seem unable to buy tickets - any attempt to join a room results in a message telling me that I haven't bought any tickets, yet any attempt to click on the 'buy' button does nothing whatsoever - whether this is due to site malfunction I don't know, but in any case, life is too short and there are too many other, functioning bingo sites out there to waste time on one which doesn't work.
Basically, I simply don't see the appeal of playing at mFortune - what's in it for the player?
