11 commentsMy experience of biscuit bingo was an eye-opener. First off £20 free credit was good and as always I would expect some type of wager requirement to be able to withdraw. Off of my £20 bonus, I had accumulated over £140 of “cash” winnings within 5 games, so I started to speak to the online support where I was told I could not withdraw any of the winnings, even if I deposited £25 and spent it I couldn’t withdraw any of it.
Ok, I had a feeling it was too good to be true, but having a think about it I was winning in a room where genuine players were spending money with money actually deposited on the website so their odds were reduced as I was winning on bonus money. I was not impressed with this as it is not fair on all customers and to me was a con. I won’t be using that site with my real money and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
Awful, if I wanted sexual innuendos from the chat hosts I would have joined a dating site not a bingo one. I was out of there and closed account within 5 minutes…terrible!!
