As of February 2017 you can choose whether to play in the traditonal Dragonfish lobby or the new style platform. This option may only be around for a short time until the new style lobby is fully styled to the theme of the site. At the time of writing each room option looks the same and it is not clear what you are playing for.

        Only wish i could get onto this site... Deposited and as yet not been able to get past the 93% loaded... Then it goes to a blue screen with just frozen bingo logo.. only had 1 email and that was not helpful at all .. I have sent at least 6 asking for help!!

        Hi Papillon,

        Sorry to hear of your tech issue, this can normally be resolved by deleting your files and cookies and establishing a new pathway to the servers. Also, the phone number for Customer Services is 08082 387546 - don't hesitate to call if you need anything.

        Yes im new player, alias jackfrost3. Very disappointed in Frozen Bingo. Only seen 1CHh in two days and she couldn't answer simple questions like r u in every room ch, or wat time does room close.
        Very little chat from other players and chat games poor. Only seen 2 different games, but liked the slots and it was nice and bright. However don't think I would depo again as very little luck on bingo even though I played max cards, but i was quite bored. ss don't mean to b horrid, but u did ask tyvm. julieanne

        I joined Frozen Bingo and was e-mailed a code to use to get 500% on my 1st deposit. I deposited 10.00 expecting to get 60.00 to play with, but I only got the 300% bonus, so I went to help room. After 25 mins somebody decided I wasn't going to go away so they decided to speak to me. I told them what had happened and was asked to forward a copy of the e-mail I had been sent.
        This done I got no reply for over 24 hours, so I went to help again only to be asked to forward the e-mail again. I explained I had already done this and had no response she said she would deal with it. After 20 mins of waiting she finally returned only to tell me the offer had expired and I wouldn't be getting the bonus so I asked how had the offer expired when it had just been e-mailed to me the same day. She spoke to me as if I was a child been scolded which annoyed me and insisted the offer had expired the day before I deposited.
        Obviously the staff need training on how to handle complaints and also need educating on the sites offers they offer players. I decided to withdraw my initial deposit only to be told I couldn't. I was infuriated so I closed my account (after spending the deposit on slots which were terrible) then they had the cheek to e-mail me asking what my reasons were for closing the account (it doesn't take a brain surgeon to work it out). Stay away from this site, it must be the worst site I have ever played at. An awful experience and a waste of time and money.

        Shocking site! I play at a number of sites and the help room in here has to be the worst I have experienced! The assistant was appalling and talked to me like I was a naughty school child. After 45 mins she then told me there was nothing she could do as I had not entered codes for second depo bonus correctly - be very careful with this as it does not make it particularly clear that you need to input a code. Horrible experience at Frozen Bingo and a really stressful way to spend a Saturday evening - finally ended in her using her 'moderators discretion' to ban me.

        Well another cassava/ dragonfire site. How many more of these sites are allowed to be opened and run by same people! Everyone in chat complaining as a win is virtually impossible! Slots very poor. Never saw 1 bonus feature throughout my play! How this is rated at 4.5/5 is beyond me! Come on Which Bingo give us people something new instead of promoting these poor dated sites!
