        Did the same with me as it has with others, "cannot verify card details" lol. Thanks to reading the other reviews on here I did not make a deposit and I wont be going back either, after all if you cant verify my card details then you cant take a deposit either.         Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry we were unable to verify your age by your card alone - we do try and do it that way but it isn't always possible. You would have been able to claim your free bonus by verifying your age in another way - for example with some ID or another card.

        Well lo and behold, just registered at sparkly bingo, entered card details and surprise surprise couldn't verify them, so no free bonus. Up pops a pop up to deposit and get a bonus what a con. Dont know how they get away with it. Wont be playing there thats for sure.

        Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry we were unable to verify your age by your card alone - we do try and do it that way but it isn't always possible. You would have been able to claim your free bonus by verifying your age in another way - for example with some ID or another card.

        Do not use this or any cassava/888 owned or site affiliated to these organisations. I registered at Sparkly and won 300.00 which I requested to wd. I then rec'd email from cassava bingo security saying I had previously self excluded from one of the many dozens of sites they run. The exclusion period had been completed, but they needed me to sign a form and scan ID. I did this they then repaid my 20.00 deposit and kept my 280.00 profit. To clarify I had self excluded from another site cassava ran and the end date had passed. They have used this as a pretty pathetic way to not pay my money I won fair and square. They are a big organisation, but are extremely shifty and sly. Also in the 3 days after they blocked my account waiting for my ID they sent 3 emails offering me bonuses. Disgusting. I say avoid them at all costs and tell friends and family the same. Good luck.

        However, we do take our commitment to responsible gaming very seriously, and when a player self excludes they are informed clearly that all other accounts under the Cassava umbrella would be closed - including accounts opened in the future and that until they gone through the reactivation process the account would remain in that state indefinitely.

        We are required by law to have this policy and to implement it to protect vulnerable players and people with addictions.

        All websites and brands operating under the Cassava umbrella are clearly labelled as such on the homepage.
