All the warning signs are there tbh of a dodgy setup.. true to form still waiting for withdrawal of winnings!! Avoid.

Been allowing me to play and play no issue, no document upload available, saying they dont need any documents at the moment and will let you know if they do then suddenly to withdraw the document upload area is free to upload documents to, this should be available from the start not when they decide they want to delay a withdrawal 6 days and still no payment my winnings still in pending status UK gambling commission should not allow this.

This is the worst site I have played. Only interested in profits not clients. Be very weary. When you deposit they make its so easy, but try collecting and you have to jump through hoops. And they don't have pop up warning screens like other sites telling you what is about to happen if you choose to withdraw. Example.... if you continue you lose your bonus. They where happy enough to take my deposit, but when I played out my deposit they withdrew my deposit of £60 on a silly mistake I made. Plus they are sneaky with there free spins. I was offered 40 on starburst. Guess what they don't automatically go to that machine/slot, again you have to go looking and one mistake and you forfeit the spins. They have it all sown up. Loads of money in, very little out. You make an error and lights out.... quids in for them. You fustrated. Stay well away.

Had a reasonable win, sent documents for verification requested withdrawal, account was verified a week ago still waiting. Withdrawal is still pending, account says withdrawal role only, so I can't play anymore. Avoid this site.

Joined and played 'Golden Ticket' slot 'try' before depositing. Paid out really well. Deposited and played same game and same stake. What an absolute joke. Shocking pay out. Felt well disappointed and immediately closed my account with them for good.

Unbelievable, this site is the worst site online. After opening an account, then sending documents in to be verified, they decided to close my account a couple of days later after letting me deposit £6000. I wasn’t given an explanation. Do not use this site, and I am sure they have done this to many other people.
