A Quick Look at [bgo Bingo]

For new players, bgo Bingo is one of the most welcoming sites that we know, as the games and rooms are all laid out and explained very clearly, so that you always feel you’re being looked after. There is also the added attraction that you can access the casino and live dealer sites as well.

Bonuses & Promotions

The Welcome Offer

List in bullet format:

  • Deposit £10, play with £30
  • 4x bingo wagering requirement

The new player offer at bgo Bingo UK gives you a £20 bonus for bingo play. To claim your bonus, sign up and make a first deposit of £10 with the bonus code BINGO (make sure you click Accept when prompted), and your £20 bonus will be credited to your bonus account.

The bonus can only be used for purchasing bingo tickets and comes with a 4x wagering requirement. This means you need to spend £80 on bingo tickets before you can cash out any of the bonus or winnings from it.

You have 3 days in which to clear the bonus, and If you withdraw cash from your real money account before you meet the playthrough, you forfeit any remaining bonus and bonus winnings. Once you have met the wagering requirement, funds in your bonus account are transferred to your real money account and can be withdrawn or used to continue playing.

This is a straightforward signup deal, aimed solely at bingo players, and the requirements in terms of clearing the bonus, etc., are uncomplicated. The value on offer isn’t exceptional, but there is nevertheless a little bit of value in it. As an incentive for new players to explore the site, it does the job well, and while we aren’t especially excited by the offer, we don’t think it’s a bad deal either.

*18+. New customers only. Use code BINGO. £20 in Bingo Bonus for first deposit of £10. Available for purchasing Bingo tickets only. 3-day expiry on the Bingo Bonus. 4x wagering on Bonus. Bonus can’t be withdrawn. £10 min deposit + 2.5% fee (min 50p). Not available using Neteller or Skrill. Cash balance withdrawable anytime + £2.50 fee. Full T&Cs apply.

Ongoing Specials & VIP Program

If you like sweet rewards, then you’ll love the Candy Club, the loyalty programme at bgo Bingo. There are five tiers of membership (Chocolate, Toffee, Nougat, Caramel and Candy), and you earn Candy Club Points every time you play to progress through the levels. Your membership status is assessed on the first of each month, and this determines the rate at which you earn points when you play, as well as the rate of redemption when you cash them in (for either bingo credits or all-game credits). You also get access to each level’s own unique bingo room, where a range of jackpot prizes are on offer.

Games & Software

bgo Bingo games run on Playtech Virtue Fusion software, meaning you can play some of the biggest and most exciting games around. 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games are on offer, including progressive jackpot games with potentially huge payouts.

In addition to the exclusive Candy Club rooms, there are 13 different bingo rooms to choose from, offering a variety of ticket prices and opening times (the majority are in play 24/7). You can play in free bingo rooms (Beginner’s Luck and Extra Bingo), rooms with a set ticket price (like Golden Galaxy) or choose from rooms with tickets available at a range of prices.

Likewise, you can opt for games with set prizes, or progressive jackpot bingo games where the size of the payouts depends on how many tickets have been bought in a particular game. These include big money networked games that feature players at multiple bingo sites on the Playtech platform.

You can also buy tickets in advance for scheduled games, which means that even if you aren’t logged in, you are still in amongst the action and in the running for payouts and prizes.

Slots & Casinos

When you’re playing at bgo Bingo, you also have access to a great range of slots, scratch cards and casino games. You can click on the icons of the popular games that appear on your bingo page or go to the home page and click the Casino or Live Casino tabs.

Choose from a range of slots by a variety of different producers, such as Playtech, NetEnt and IGT, including big money progressive jackpot slots like Mega Fortune. There’s also a good selection of table and card games, or you can play in the live casino where games are streamed in real time HD to your phone or laptop.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

The payment methods that bgo Bingo UK players can use include PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, alongside debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is £10, and for deposits less than £500, a 2.5% fee will be charged (the minimum fee is 50p). Deposits are credited instantly to your account, which can be operated in GBP.

Cashing out

When you make a withdrawal request, it is considered to be pending for a period of up to 24 hours, during which time you are still able to cancel. Once this period has ended, funds are released and should be available in your PayPal, Skrill or Neteller account instantly (it can take a further 3 to 5 working days for withdrawals to cards to clear). There is no minimum withdrawal amount, but it should be noted that there is a £2.50 charge on all withdrawals.

The banking here presents players with a dilemma. No-one likes paying fees for depositing or withdrawing their own money, but on the other hand the withdrawal times do tend to be faster than at many other sites (on average). Fee-free or quick, which do you prefer? Your answer to this will determine what you think about the banking services here.

The Community

bgo Bingo has a great reputation for being a very friendly site. For starters, it provides players with more information on its games than many other sites do, and so straight away you can feel confident that you know what’s on offer. The design style and colours add to this, from the first time you click through to the bingo page, it feels welcoming.

The chat hosts here also do a good job, and you know in advance when they will be running chat games, so if this is an important part of your bingo experience, it helps you to better plan your playing schedule. The timetable of games (along with the ticket prices and jackpots) is also very clear and easily accessible, as are the FAQ pages.

When it comes to social media, there is no Facebook page dedicated to bingo but there is a very active general bgo page (@bgo) that caters for players at all of its sites. You can use Facebook Messenger to contact customer support, and there’s lots of posts about competitions, prizes, new game releases and much more. It’s definitely worth liking and following the Facebook page just for the competitions, as there are some fantastic prizes to be won.

Take bgo Bingo with You

The bgo Bingo app not only gives you access to the full range of bingo rooms and progressive jackpot games, but also to the casino games as well, so you have a full suite of gaming options in your hand at all times.

You can download the free app for Apple iPhone and iPad (iOS 9.0+) from the App Store (search for ‘bgo – Casino, Slots, Jackpots’), or go to Google Play for the app for Android phones and tablets (4.2+) and search for ‘bgo – slots, live casino, roulette and bingo!’ Alternatively, if you just want to play bingo, or are using a phone on another operating system, go to the bgo Bingo mobile site in the browser of your device.

The UI and functionality of the mobile site are excellent, with one of the clearest and easiest to follow bingo schedule pages we’ve seen. When you are actually in the game on your mobile or tablet, the screen is set up so that both the numbers being called, and your tickets are very clear.

In regard to how the app stacks up against playing at the desktop site, in our view you lose nothing by playing on a smaller screen, so if you haven’t tried mobile bingo before, this is the place to do it.

Our take on bgo Bingo

We are fans of just about everything they do here. The Playtech software is first-rate, the layout and design of the site (both desktop and mobile) is user friendly and welcoming, while the choice of games and ticket prices means there’s something for everyone.

The range of chat games, side games and slots also give you plenty of additional gaming options, so you have a complete package all at the one site.

Also, the way in which bgo engages with players, particularly on Facebook, creates a positive feel, and the customer service team has, in our experience, always been helpful.

The only issue we have regards banking. The site tells us that the charges made for deposits and withdrawals are a tax offset fee, and it can be argued that the site does go some way towards making up for this by having quicker (on average) withdrawal times than other sites. However, we would, of course, prefer all banking to be free. For some players, this will be enough to put them off, while others might consider it a price worth paying.

In the end, we think that the positives here far outweigh this one negative, so we are going to go with a final score of the maximum 5 stars out of 5.

Have your say!

Are you as keen on playing here as we are, or do you think we have been too lavish in our praise? Feel free to let us know in the comments, or if you want to say more, we’d welcome you writing your own bgo Bingo review.

Site to avoid. I was playing one of the tournaments i had really high points the game suddenly reset itself when i got it back on the points had gone, but it still showed how many spins i had used. This has happened more than once and the advisors fob you off and some can be rather rude.

Avoid at all costs. They offer you a bonus if you deposit and then when u win and the money goes in to your real money they tell you that you have broke the rules and won’t let you withdraw. Even though you have followed all of their rules. I have now seen a number of people on this site, have similar stories. So feel that BGO is not a fair website!!!!!

Playing at bgo Bingo:
Pros : great promo every Wednesday and Friday, and bonuses you cant complain about that, no limit on chat games.
Cons: Well if you are a player who will spend most of your day online to chase cgs like many of them do there, well this is the perfect site for you. But you will soon realize that something is wrong with the winning distribution, which is unfair.
And the fact that the management does not care about players spending all their day online, it’s wrong. It is very wrong to conclude that we are living in a society where there are players literally who spend most of their time online.
2 years on bgo, and i think its time to give up, because they encourage players to play mainly in non-linked games. I wonder why, but Im sure you’ll understand why after you spend big money on linked games.

This site charges you to make a deposit. Whether it’s through paypal or a debit card.Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous in your life! The bingo tickets are sky high with a pittance payout. I joined and closed my account in the same day. Won’t be going back, a total waste of money! Avoid!!

So i have been a BGO player for years now then on the 14/11/2017 they closed my account because my wife was playing on my account and they wont reopen it at all.
To me it unfair the way they treat there players plus they charge u to deposit and not only do they charge u to deposit they also charge to withdraw a fee of £2.50 to withdraw your own winnings. What an absolute joke. Then i discover they got fined 300.000 on 31st march 2017 because they where misleading people and false advertizing – if you what my advice dont join the site.

I’ve played many sites in my years and can honestly say, with hand on heart this site is the worst I’ve ever played on. The bonus offer is a joke when you can finally work it out. Documentation which is perfectly acceptable to other sites is refused. I decided not to bother so left it alone.
Was checking my bank account this morning and a £10 deposit to the site has gone through at £10.25. I’ve been charged for depositing. Went and checked the T&C’s, yes it did mention something, but if you blinked you missed it. On further reading discovered that in the event of a withdrawal a fee of £2.50 is incurred. Not only that if you leave the account dormant you will be charged every month for doing so… Take my advice people, avoid this site like the plague.

Charged me £2.50 to withdraw £20!!! And charged £2.50 per withdrawal after that, took over 10% of my winnings. Im not a big gambler so 10%=20% is a huge chunk to me. When i spoke to customer services they said its in the terms and conditions that they can charge (as below) **this is only in the amended terms and conditions that have come out in the lst couple of weeks – they have never charged before:-

**The Company reserves the right to charge a fee of £2.50, or equivalent currency value, for all withdrawals of funds, and a fee for deposits carried out using certain payment methods; this fee will be detailed within the cashier page. The Company also reserves the right to levy a charge of £15 (GBP) or currency equivalent for international bank transfers. Should any withdrawal be returned to the Company due to invalid payment details, the Company reserves the right to levy an additional administration charge of £5 (GBP) or currency equivalent. **

I have been charged the maximum of £1 at any other online casino i use, never £2.50 per withdrawal. i took out 4 withdrawals and was charged £2.50 per one so lost £10 for taking out £60!! Greedy Greedy Greedy Greedy you get enough of our money you can at least let us have our winnings without charging us!! Have closed my account and will never gamble with them again and would advise anyone else not to either.

Well i scanned and read the “t & c” before i decided to put a risky £20 on. Not a lot to some i know. Got £40 bonus which they use first unusual. I passed there 35x bonus rule and I was extactic at looking at my now cash balance of over £900.
I used several diff games never put £10+ on any wager and kept well within there loopholes. I withdrew £500 an carried on playing the £400. Kept winning like an amazing lucky streak still never withdrew till i knew the first one was ok. Then mid play 3 days into joining account locked, suspended and to contact which i couldnt cause live chats only accessed logged in! No answer by phone in 7 attempts during business hours. Emailed to be told i have multiple accounts an will happily reinstate my initial account, but breached terms n cons??
I’ve never had an account. i even questioned myself – contacted the bank to scan my account back 2 years even though i knew i hadnt. Bank confirmed never been another bgo deposit from my account. i emailed n emailed for help or reply n 72 hours later still no reply. this is without a doubt the biggest con ive seen so far im reporting them to the alderny gambling commision. i feel truly ripped off wont trust another site ever again. avoid at all costs. This is at there casino btw – i wouldnt touch there bingo or any other for that matter. Disgusted at the lack of cs access an no complaints procedures anywere to be found!!!

Its a nice site, easy to navigate and i will keep playing on bgo. I would recommend bgo. I got my bonus with no problems and withdrawing has no problems either.

then meant to get access in beginners luck room daily for 7 days, but could never get in..when asked live help they said you get 1 game daily in there..why advertise room then when joined say you get 1 get game yet hosts said it was open 3 times a day..very confusing back to front site..
sister found it impossible to win more than a pound and that was on cash after bonus used…she left next day an emailed them…hopefully.
as ive tried a few sites in the past and know the decent ones to stay play on she has now joined the 2 im a regular on..it can take a few goes at trying to find the right site which is fair etc and guess we have our favs at least where you gain some returns from being a regular.

I’ve been with Bgo for 3 days and I must say that it lead me to close my other bingo accounts. Loads of free games, a free fiver every month? Great loyalty level rooms every day and the plus is that you get to enjoy all of the loyalty level rooms that you have been in.
Only downside was when I deposited I received a slots bonus, which had a x35 wager requirement before you can withdraw, so read the t&c first because I sure didn’t and ended up playing slots all night to meet it! Saying that I had fun and won £450 in my second day. I never win!! 5 stars from me xx

Very enjoyable bingo experience. I didn’t win big, but I truly enjoyed my time in the bingo rooms, trying different games and meeting new people. Players and Host’s were very friendly and welcoming and I noticed they have chat games playing in some of the smaller rooms. I didn’t join in yet, but maybe next time!
A very generous first deposit bonus for bingo is offered, just be sure to choose the right one when you deposit as I had accidentally taken the casino bonus offer. Live help was quick to sort it straight away and swap it to bingo funds for me though! Nice site.

bgo Bingo has huge and impossible wagering requirements if you accept the bonus. also when you try to withdraw customer service require loads of id and make you jump through hoops to get your money out.
Still trying for mine after 3 weeks – the game continues. this site needs to be reported to the gaming commision.
It would also help if which bingo put the wagering requirements up front so we could see them before depositing this would then rule out this site.

WhichBingo Anita
Monday September 28th, 2015

Hi Broadisty.
We think the bgo Bingo wagering requirements are reasonable at 4x on the no deposit bonus and 2x on the deposit bonus when talking about bingo. They do require a £10 deposit to be made before withdrawing from the no deposit deal.
bgo Bingo wagering requirements are clearly shown on our bgo Bingo review page, plus many other of the sites we review have them included – all sites will have that information before the end of the year.

Very good sign up promotion at bgo Bingo, but did not get the 120 free spins – although I did receive some free spins on another slot machine, but never managed to meet the wagering requirements to be able to make a withdrawal.
The wagering requirements on the slots is very hard to understand. However, the Bingo side was very good. The wagering requirements if I remember was x2 – I won 100.00 (before I had started to use the bonus funds) – I was able to withdraw my winnings, but the remaining bonus which I had not used was taken away.
The Free Bingo was pathetic, only 4 games a day – what made me laugh is that there were 4 people playing and I was the only one to lose – but hey ho.
The withdrawing of my winnings was very easy, although it did stay in “pending” for 24 hours. I received the 100.00 the next day, so that was a plus!!

Must say I really enjoyed playing on bgo Bingo. Lots of free bingo and the beginners bingo really good – open for 7 days after you have spent money on bingo. There was hardly anyone in this room when I played so managed to win most days and you only have to wager winnings once, so when I had done this I played slots and managed to win and withdrawal over 200.00 which was in my bank within 3 days and did not need to send id.
They also have VIP bingo of a evening with roll over house prizes which I have also won. I have since deposited couple more times with out much luck.
If you have any problems on the site and send email it was always sorted out very quickly from there side.
The only down side Is the chat host only seemed to talk to there favourites and live help is terrible – they leave you waiting and waiting then just cut you off, so that needs sorting, but apart from that I really enjoyed playing here and will be back.

I joined bgo.com earlier today and deposited into what I though was bingo, however, the money went into a casino section of the account which you cannot transfer over yourself so I emailed customer services which promise a 2 hour response time. Whilst waiting for response I opened live chat and waited patiently for at least half an hour before they switched off live chat without a response.
I then made a further deposit which promised a bingo bonus (this deposit did go into the bingo section strangely enough) but when I tried to claim the bonus I was told I was not eligible!!!! Further emails were sent over the course of 4 hours for them to credit the account with the bingo bonus and transfer first deposit into bingo funds, no response. Again opened live chat on multiple occasions, but they continually switched it to unavailable without responding even though I had been waiting for hours.
I finally decided to get rid of the money in the casino (I have no idea how to play these games and get no enjoyment from them) so that I could close the account. Quite literally as I spent the last of the funds I got a response (after 4 hours of waiting) from the customer service team to say that yes I could have the bingo bonus, but they would have to remove the casino bonus (which had just been spent!!!!!). I suggest you steer clear of this site.

A terrible bingo site. I registered, deposited and started playing here on a Monday but within 1 hour my account was suspended. I was told this was because they could not verify my ID so I sent off the requested verification documents immediately (the same day). Over the next few days I sent numerous emails asking what was happening, but these were ignored until my account was eventually activated again on the Saturday.
By this time I had missed out on 5 days of my 7 days in the ‘Beginners Luck’ room as well the ‘Extra Bingo’ and ‘Crown Jewels’ rooms which I had qualified for. I emailed support but they would not credit it me for the missed days or rooms. During my email exchanges not one word of apology was offered for the hassle I was caused.
I would recommend that other players avoid this site.

I think BGO are a really poor casino outfit. Firstly they abused the bonus system preventing withdrawal of funds by not revealing to me the terms and even now they are very very ambiguous. Then when I asked for my account to be closed due to gambling problems they have sent me at least one text or email daily asking me to bet more. This is ridiculous. If they cant even adhere to the Gambling rules on Protection of Customers with gambling problems then how can they be considered anything but a really bad casino company? I have informed the Gambling Commission and several other agencies as this is preying on those who need help. They are the only company that has failed to block my gambling activities.

Joined bgo Bingo over the weekend – deposited 5.00 for the extra bonus as promised, but only got 20 free spins not 180 as advertised. Played a few bingo games won twice (about 40.00 in total) then nothing.
Same winners pop up quite often – cant be purely based on max tix as I did this on nearly every game and still was left with 3/4tg. Played several different slots – pays bits but not loads. Overall give it a 5/10. Wont be going back.

The only down side is a lot of same winners and the wagering is huge. One time it took me over 6 hours to wager my money out. I like the fast payout and with the wagering you do get there in the end.
The Ch’s are fab also! and players are nice enough. Worth a try at least i’d say and the daily free spins a nice bonus. Wish they would change the game tho!

I’ve been a member at bgo ever since they changed from xbingo. I’ve tried others in the past and I found the worst was cassava enterprises there support is non existent! Anyhow I find these days I stay with one and one only, I’ve worked my way up to be a vip member in which you get extra treats, at bgo I’ve had bad days and good days, I’ve always found support here are most helpful and email you within hours.
The site is good, lots of free bingo, chat host all friendly, I tend to stick to 1 slot game or maybe 2, some days im lucky others not but that’s the joys of gambling on the whole im a happy customer! you win some you loose some:)

Hello gamblers. I’m new to the gambling world and have tested a few on-line pass times.
The order of play was first with William Hill when the world cup was on…freebies and bonuses all fair and genuine.
The same with 888 and Butler’s…and a couple of others…all good and withdrew and banked all within 3 – 5 days on each occasion…to a tune of 160.00 winnings combined (mainly slots).
Now let me tell you about my spell with bgo….rubbish and waste of time…once you are conned with their bonus you are locked in until you lose any deposit you make.
The wagering demand is unrealistic and unfair unlike some of their competitors i mention above.
I have been playing on their slots for approx 32 hours over 4 days and have reached 198.00 cash, but cannot cash out not now or ever it seems…..i can’t seem to lose it either as i always get that win to keep me playing,,,hence a waste of time.
So here i go….i’m gonna bet it all on red and kiss my account with bgo goodbye.

Take care and avoid bgo if you can.

The bgo wagering is written in the Terms and Conditions, and when you do receive bonuses for completing their Boss Challenges, you can ask support to take it off before you spend it – so you don’t get further wagering. This happened to me, I earned a random 15.00 bonus and support took it off straight away (within 10 minutes of me emailing in) so I could withdraw.

Not aimed at you, but to people complaining in general; I don’t know why people who are going to put their hard-earned money into sites don’t bother checking the Terms first to check they agree with the wagering. You’re practically throwing your money at something and hoping it sticks if you don’t bother checking you agree with everything first – what are they meant to do, contact you explicitly and ask you to make sure you read their Terms and Conditions (which you already clicked you read when you signed up?)

Whilst I agree their contributions to wagering from slots games are meagre (25% I think?) it is made pretty clear if you read the Terms. Plus I quite enjoyed their bingo rooms, and Bingo contributed 100% so it worked out well for me and after depositing 20.00, I left with 200.00. Pretty chuffed myself, not sure how so many people failed to check the rules before depositing/accepting bonuses, and then have the audacity to complain about it!

I added 250.00 at bgo Bingo and played a slot game at 2.00 a spin. Lost the 250.00 in about 10 minutes and the maximum win achieved was 50p!!!
Recommend avoiding.

Me and my husband have been members of bgo Bingo for a number of years. The chat hosts are very friendly and helpful. Recently we both have won spins on their promotion slot and both won and only a small amount of winnings was put into account. When i queried it, it took nearly a week to reply, but they did credit the account. My husband spoke to live chat and he was not helpful and said there was nothing that could be done. My husband was so annoyed that he closed account.

It sounds great. 5.00 deposit and 30.00 bonus. But beware …
I soon won 30.00+ on bingo, but was unable to withdraw it because my bonus was still available and I had to reach a certain extreme amount of winnings to clear it.
I only lost 5.00 to this tactic.

Be careful on this site. If you accept any “free” game, especially the Starburst game, they will add a big wagering requirement before you can withdraw any cash. When I queried this they said it was all the Terms & Conditions. Needless to say, all my winnings were gone before I could withdraw any cash.

BGO bingo is not good, Payouts are delayed, slots games break down constantly and do not always payout, there is no support out of hours or weekends, and when they do reply they give a standard reply to every query. Player is not valued. Only time they are efficient is when taking your deposit. Stay away, there are lots of better sites. If you find any of the above problems please complain to the authority that issue the licence.

I played on this site and had no luck on bingo, but won around 500 on slots and casino, BUT due to the massively lengthy withdrawal times on bgo I sadly ended up reversing winnings bit by bit and ended up with zero.
It takes forever for them to process withdrawals and when you speak to live chat about withdrawal times and voicing your concern about reversing winnings they are completely unhelpful, seem to ignore you in hope you go away.
So although I won here I wont be playing here again due to unhelpful chat and live chat staff and bgo’s hanging onto your winnings for ridiculous amounts of time. When other sites can process withdrawals very quickly why cant bgo??

bgo Bingo is quite a good site, but could do with better promotions that aint so expensive. The welcome bonus is ok, but after that not much to really go on unless you have a lot to gamble with. Sadly not made me a regular player, but if had the money to gamble I would play here cos is a good site.

I’ve been a member of BGO for a few months now, it’s ok, but not the best. Please be careful as it’s true what previous posts say – it does suck you in. I have made a withdrawal a few times now, but got fed up after a week & reversed it.
This is now my last time of playing with them as I’ve made a withdrawal 4 days ago, I’ve been onto chat to ask about it, but still it’s in my account pending. I am determined not to reverse it this time, but when if & finally it goes into my bank I will never play on the site again.
It’s their loss as I spend lots of money on casinos, bit I’m afraid BGO is crossed off my list unless they start making the withdrawal process quicker!!

Been a member of BGO for a few weeks now. I really like the hosts they are friendly, engaging and should be commended. That said the bingo is rather poor. There are no big jackpot. Their progressive jackpot starts at £60 lol. So irrespective of how much you plow into the bingo you are rarely going to be up.
You might win a few quid here and there just playing to prolong your play experience really. At first I thought the wagering was really good at x5, which is super for free bonus, BUT it should be noted that when you use a bonus code on a deposit the wager amount is on the deposit plus the bonus – therefore if you deposit £20 and got £20 bonus the wager would be £20 x 5 = £200.
And you CANNOT make withdrawals until you have wagered, you cannot forfeit bonus, it simply refuses to withdraw until the full wagering requirements have been met. I was lucky to get a win on the slots and the withdrawal process took a very long time, it doesn’t leave your account for about 8-10 days and then takes 5-7 days to reach your account. This is obviously an issue as I saw regulars chatting and it appears that the norm is that they self exclude for a few days after a win.
Be careful with this site, it gets its clutches into you and gives very little in return.

This is a first for me: writing a 2nd review for a bingo site. I now blow kisses to the charming little bgo animated fairy that closes the buying of tickets and opens the start of their bingo games. In my first review for bgo bingo I gave my disappointment and a thumbs down for their delayment of processing winnings withdrawals. My first withdrawal of 20 quid took 16 days to arrive in my bank account. Moving forward a couple of months I can report that all my subsequent withdrawals are now hassle free and reaching my bank in reasonable time. All credit to bgo, they contacted me to apologise and explained politely their deposit and withdrawal procedures. They convinced me the processing of my said first withdrawal was processed within 72 hours, but delayed beyond their control during presentation to my bank, (i.e my bank was responsible for the delay). I can well believe that because I hate the criminal banking cabal and their greedy rip off practices. I like the simplicity of bgo bingo graphics and layout and praise their huge range of fun slots which I love to play. I still think they have naff promotional ideas giving prizes to players that are bingo winners, such as on their current Hot Summer game. Anyway, lucky you bgo I’m giving you thumbs up this time.

Sorry to say but sites like this should treat people better. I joined bog Bingo last night and deposited and wake up to go play and found they had closed my account down and took my money. Seems I made a mistake in joining what I thought was a new site, but I was already a member of the old X Bingo.Something needs to be done about site doing this and robbing hard working people money/. Honest mistake – why can’t they just give my money back and remind me of my old account details! Unhappy with the treatment. Shame.

They done exactly the same to my account. I wrote to say I didn’t realise it was a new site and I was registered, I lost all my money. The site is a joke, from what I have seen of it from my friend it’s constantly same winners.

XBingo opened June 2011 as a stand alone site owned by Mandalay Media, Isle of Man, and operated on Mandalay Gaming Holdings software. It closed October 2012 when Mandalay Media CHANGED the WEBSITE NAME from XBingo to bgo [bgo bingo is still a stand alone site operated on Mandalay Gaming Holdings software]. All old xbingo accounts stayed where they were, but are now called bgo bingo accounts. All xbingo account holders were given notice about this one week prior to the change-over. All previous xbingo accounts that had no activity from Oct 2012 to end February 2013 and were unable to be contacted had their accounts suspended with any funds remaining voided. Details on these suspended accounts remain forever on Mandalay Media database. But will not exclude you from joining bgo bingo. Email to them if you are suspended under these circumstances, and they will re-open the account for you, but you cannot have any freebie promotional bonuses. NOTE if you join bgo with a new username, unaware that you had an old account with xbingo, your new account will soon get voided if any ID details match a dormant suspended account. Again email customer support, technically you owe them cash if you have wagered any bonus freebies. Any winnings on your balance will be forfeited, but deposit stake monies will be refunded, and your old suspended account opened.

Unfortunately you are one of many who mistook bgo to be a new site, other than xbingo renamed. From what I was told they seem to stick to their decision to ban even if you say sorry, which is outright wrong. Yhey should have X Bingo stated somewhere on the homepage to stop well meaning players falling foul of the rules.

Should not have to grit your teeth and beg for your own money. A lot of these sites let you deposit and close you down after you have made the deposit, but email them and demand your money back in to your account. I did the same on Wink Bingo, but they let me play on and said I could withdraw anything I won, but after that I would have to go back to my first account that I had opened several years before, so they were fair and did not steal my deposit. bgo Bingo looks nothing like xBingo and more like a casino. I nearly joined it myself and I was a member of x bingo but did find out from reviews on Which Bingo it wasn’t a new site. I do beg to differ in my opinion this is no relaunch, it’s a new site.

Have you tried writing to them a polite email, explaining your unintentional error, asking to verify closure of your old account (namely X bingo) and requesting reinstatement of a new account you have already inadvertently registered? Then tell them how very sorry you are that you are unable to access their wonderful site. (Grit your teeth and actually write that, no matter what ill feeling you may have about bgo). Good luck.

I’ve played on bgo Bingo a few times. It’s ok, but not one of the best. The chat hosts are quite funny with people at times, especially if you have a little moan. There is one nice one called Christine. I also find on the site the wagering requirements are very high, and you will constantly see the same winners game after game, its supposed to be luck, but I’m not sure. I have lost a bit on it, would I return?? Yes if totally bored, cause it does get you that way as well.

Christine got the same rough treatment as players and got the sack – she was the best CH the site had and nothing was a bother to her. Hopefully she’ll find a site that respects both players and ch’s and appreciate her for what she is.

Just joined this site and deposited £10 which i only played a pound of it. I then go to log back into it and it said my account has been suspended. Wonder how many they have done this to- not happy at all …..

Since then theyve been asking for all sorts of verification documents as it turns out the problem is because it used to be X Bingo and I didnt know. They are not understanding that I dont have the documents they want and are not being very helpful.

I was enjoying playing in this site although the payouts are very poor!. But when it comes to withdrawing forget it – they take weeks to give you the money! I have stopped playing there because there always seemed to be problems with my account – first they didn’t like the name i had chosen, then i couldn’t deposit and they couldn’t or wouldn’t explain why! After 4 days and countless emails i gave up. Started out promising, but actually a very poor site in my experience with very small money prizes.

If you missed the email that BGO Bingo used to be xbingo you could easily join it again. It looks nothing like X bingo and more like a betting site or a casino. As you can see from reading the reviews one person has already done so and they are refusing to pay her saying she’s joined twice and there is nothing on the home page to let you know it’s X bingo revamped. Call it what you like, this is different site, same owners – how would people know this was x bingo?

I think the new cashback on all spending scheme is the alternative to the reload bonus. The top rate is 20% for top loyalty level, but it will be interesting to see if enough players rate this scheme over reload bonus.
