About bgo Bingo

While at launch the site operated on its own unique software, in June 2015 bgo Bingo became the latest site to abandon its own platform and adopt the bingo and games set up of market leader Playtech (VF). The look of the site at home page level remained pretty much the same, but once inside it was a whole new ball game!

In July 2017 the site finally moved over to the Playtech HTML5 platform - among the last to do so knowing how popular the original software was with players.

Four exclusive bingo rooms add to the huge array of networked rooms, so existing players used to the exclusivity of bgo Bingo won't be disappointed.

There are lots of opportunities to win big in the many bingo rooms, on the bingo games and among the fantastic range of mini games. The site boasts a great bunch of chat hosts and lots of friendly players.

There is the Candy Club loyalty scheme lots of huge progressive jackpots. bgo Bingo is bigger and better than ever.

Look out for big names that try to part 'The Boss' from his money, such as Dan Bilzerian and Paris Hilton.

Bingo games

There is a large selection of bingo rooms to choose from at bgo, with Cash Cubes Bingo and Bouncy Balls Bingofinally added to the desktop/laptop site in July 2017, even though they had been on the mobile site for some time prior.

90 ball bingo is the best represented, but it is also worth noting that the site has a number of standalone (not networked) rooms. Look for Fairy Delight, Extra Bingo, Chocolate and Golden Galaxy in the bgo World section of the Lobby.

Slots and casino games

In the bgo Bingo section you will find the full range of Playtech and Eyecon slots that are available at most Playtech sites, so enjoy Sugar Train, Enchanted Prince, Temple of Isis and Fluffy Favourites alongside Zodiac Supernova, Beat the Bank, Hollywood Boulevard and the rest.

This is not a problem as the bgo.com experience means that every other slot and casino game you could want are available just a click away.

There are separate sections of the site dedicated to different aspects of gaming:

In the Vegas section take advantage of over 200 different slot games in this section from Rainbow Riches to Zeus 1000 and Pixies of the Forest to Cleopatra.

In the dedicated Games section you will find dozens of different slots from all the big name developers like NetEnt, so this is where you will find Starburst and the Jimi Hendrix video slot, together with Guns N Roses and Mega Fortune.

The Casino section has all the Roulette and Blackjack you could ever want and all the big name jackpot slots, including all the big Marvel titles like the Batman series, Spiderman and The Incredible Hulk.

There is also a Live casino section offering live casino games, live dealers and live excitement. Play two different types of live Roulette and Blackjack, Baccarat live and Casino Hold 'em live.

Basically, if you can't find a game to play at bgo.com you don't really want to play.

So i have been a BGO player for years now then on the 14/11/2017 they closed my account because my wife was playing on my account and they wont reopen it at all.
To me it unfair the way they treat there players plus they charge u to deposit and not only do they charge u to deposit they also charge to withdraw a fee of £2.50 to withdraw your own winnings. What an absolute joke. Then i discover they got fined 300.000 on 31st march 2017 because they where misleading people and false advertizing - if you what my advice dont join the site.

Was a 5 star brill site but today they have added a 25p deposit charge on top of the £2.50 withdrawal charge. I'm debating whether to leave or not.

I've played many sites in my years and can honestly say, with hand on heart this site is the worst I've ever played on. The bonus offer is a joke when you can finally work it out. Documentation which is perfectly acceptable to other sites is refused. I decided not to bother so left it alone.
Was checking my bank account this morning and a £10 deposit to the site has gone through at £10.25. I've been charged for depositing. Went and checked the T&C's, yes it did mention something, but if you blinked you missed it. On further reading discovered that in the event of a withdrawal a fee of £2.50 is incurred. Not only that if you leave the account dormant you will be charged every month for doing so... Take my advice people, avoid this site like the plague.

Charged me £2.50 to withdraw £20!!! And charged £2.50 per withdrawal after that, took over 10% of my winnings. Im not a big gambler so 10%=20% is a huge chunk to me. When i spoke to customer services they said its in the terms and conditions that they can charge (as below) **this is only in the amended terms and conditions that have come out in the lst couple of weeks - they have never charged before:-

**The Company reserves the right to charge a fee of £2.50, or equivalent currency value, for all withdrawals of funds, and a fee for deposits carried out using certain payment methods; this fee will be detailed within the cashier page. The Company also reserves the right to levy a charge of £15 (GBP) or currency equivalent for international bank transfers. Should any withdrawal be returned to the Company due to invalid payment details, the Company reserves the right to levy an additional administration charge of £5 (GBP) or currency equivalent. **

I have been charged the maximum of £1 at any other online casino i use, never £2.50 per withdrawal. i took out 4 withdrawals and was charged £2.50 per one so lost £10 for taking out £60!! Greedy Greedy Greedy Greedy you get enough of our money you can at least let us have our winnings without charging us!! Have closed my account and will never gamble with them again and would advise anyone else not to either.

I wasnt impressed with this site at all, there are much better sites to play. Had a lot of trouble playing the games - kept cutting out and failing to recover spent money, didnt receive the so called 180 spins.
Dont even get me started on customer services - not helpful, after waiting for a reply for ages not the least bit interested in services they are suppossd to provide, just the money you deposit!!!
      2. Blubell

The 180 free spins are spread over 9 days at 20 free spins a day not all at once!! They are forfeited after a certain time so you might have missed them. I get mine everyday without fail. Hope this helps x

bgo Bingo has huge and impossible wagering requirements if you accept the bonus. also when you try to withdraw customer service require loads of id and make you jump through hoops to get your money out.
Still trying for mine after 3 weeks - the game continues. this site needs to be reported to the gaming commision.
It would also help if which bingo put the wagering requirements up front so we could see them before depositing this would then rule out this site.
      4. WhichBingo Anita

        Hi Broadisty.
We think the bgo Bingo wagering requirements are reasonable at 4x on the no deposit bonus and 2x on the deposit bonus when talking about bingo. They do require a £10 deposit to be made before withdrawing from the no deposit deal.
bgo Bingo wagering requirements are clearly shown on our bgo Bingo review page, plus many other of the sites we review have them included - all sites will have that information before the end of the year.
      5. kitchenqueen

The wagering requirement on slots is 35x. I have been on there today it is a mad amount of money to put on this has to be one of the worse sites i have ever been on won nothing and lost £60. never again stay away from this site people.

I joined bgo Bingo last week, deposited a tenner and was lucky to win! I thought it was a good site! I put my username on wrong, my fault entirely, then they said they would fix it for me and not heard a word since! I have e mail after e mail and nothing! ! Not professional.

Must say I really enjoyed playing on bgo Bingo. Lots of free bingo and the beginners bingo really good - open for 7 days after you have spent money on bingo. There was hardly anyone in this room when I played so managed to win most days and you only have to wager winnings once, so when I had done this I played slots and managed to win and withdrawal over 200.00 which was in my bank within 3 days and did not need to send id.
They also have VIP bingo of a evening with roll over house prizes which I have also won. I have since deposited couple more times with out much luck.
If you have any problems on the site and send email it was always sorted out very quickly from there side.
The only down side Is the chat host only seemed to talk to there favourites and live help is terrible - they leave you waiting and waiting then just cut you off, so that needs sorting, but apart from that I really enjoyed playing here and will be back.
      8. katexoxo92

Sounds really good! It's a shame about the chat host though. What was open for 7 days, the beginners bingo?

Very good sign up promotion at bgo Bingo, but did not get the 120 free spins - although I did receive some free spins on another slot machine, but never managed to meet the wagering requirements to be able to make a withdrawal.
The wagering requirements on the slots is very hard to understand. However, the Bingo side was very good. The wagering requirements if I remember was x2 - I won 100.00 (before I had started to use the bonus funds) - I was able to withdraw my winnings, but the remaining bonus which I had not used was taken away.
The Free Bingo was pathetic, only 4 games a day - what made me laugh is that there were 4 people playing and I was the only one to lose - but hey ho.
The withdrawing of my winnings was very easy, although it did stay in "pending" for 24 hours. I received the 100.00 the next day, so that was a plus!!

I joined bgo bingo and i like the site. Its bright and friendly and the chat hosts seem nice but they tend to only speak to the few people they know. I havent won an awful lot and you do seem to keep depositing without a win, but thats the players own choice.
Its a nice site, easy to navigate and i will keep playing on bgo. I would recommend bgo. I got my bonus with no problems and withdrawing has no problems either.

I've been with Bgo for 3 days and I must say that it lead me to close my other bingo accounts. Loads of free games, a free fiver every month? Great loyalty level rooms every day and the plus is that you get to enjoy all of the loyalty level rooms that you have been in.
Only downside was when I deposited I received a slots bonus, which had a x35 wager requirement before you can withdraw, so read the t&c first because I sure didn't and ended up playing slots all night to meet it! Saying that I had fun and won £450 in my second day. I never win!! 5 stars from me xx

Very enjoyable bingo experience. I didn't win big, but I truly enjoyed my time in the bingo rooms, trying different games and meeting new people. Players and Host's were very friendly and welcoming and I noticed they have chat games playing in some of the smaller rooms. I didn't join in yet, but maybe next time!
A very generous first deposit bonus for bingo is offered, just be sure to choose the right one when you deposit as I had accidentally taken the casino bonus offer. Live help was quick to sort it straight away and swap it to bingo funds for me though! Nice site.
