I joined this site and was playing ok till the next day, logged in played a few games then it went off. Tried to log in again and it wouldn’t let me. I emailed them for them to tell me my account has been blocked, why I don’t no. They didn’t email me to explain why. I’ve sent loads of emails to them, but nothing back. I still have money on this account – they soon take your money then block your account, I’m going to take it further no happy.

I too, have just received an email concerning Bingo Please, apart from daily emails coming in and most are dragonfish and cassava. I don’t entertain any of these bingo sites, it took me weeks cancelling the one or two I belonged to. There are better sites out there. All Cassava and dragonfish sites should be closed down!! Or fined for their sheer dishonesty, it really is a disgrace, they own over 95 sites! And every day a new one pops up. They must be making a fortune out of vulnerable people – but not me!

A non starter! Got site details from Which Bingo and followed through registration with the promise of no deposit bonus of between £5 and £50. E-mail said I had £15 to play with. Site tells me they cannot verify my card so bonus of free money is forfeited. I use the same card every day and have no problem with other bingo sites using this card. Cannot comment on any bingo or games as I didn’t get that far.

I deposited at Bingo Please and played my money. I won £1000 and I was e-mailed for verification documents, so i sent them drivers licence and my bank card. I got a reply saying that my documents could not be accepted and that I will not be getting my winnings, that’s it.
This is an ongoing problem with cassava sites and there are forums everywhere about how cassava pick and choose who they are going to pay winnings to and the simple fact is if you win too much they don’t want your custom. It needs sorting.
