Joined Monkey Bingo after finding it on which bingo site. Thought i'd give it a go with the free 10.00 sign up bonus. After playing a few games on bingo i won a few pound so thought i'd give a slot machine a go and won 60.00. Carried on for a bit and won another 100.00. Not wanting to risk it getting taken back by the slots i decided to add 20.00 deposit allowing me to withdraw 180.00 all in all. Cashier window stated available to withdraw 180.00 but would lose bonus i got for deposit. Thought not a problem and went ahead and confirmed 180.00 withdrawal, went to check on withdrawal process 24 hours later and monkey bingo have decided to take £60.00 off me leaving me 120.00 and not the 180.00 i had won. Ive emailed this company asking where the money has gone, My opinion on this site is shocking, I will never darken there door again.

I wrote a message on Monkey Bingo in dec. Well i rejoined the site. Yes i shouldnt have. i will not be joining again. see i have noticed this site is very strange indeed - it lets you win around 50/60 pounds and in less then an hour it has all gone as it dont let you win and when you try and withdraw it says you have to put 110 in your account as you will lose your bonus money. Strange that when you have already put a deposit in. I have noticed on joining again it is the same winners and also when you go on a different time every day its the same winners again. They also keep sending you free offers and i also noticed that if i won the 1 line and 2 and full house they never paid me for the full house and thats when i noticed. I rang them and spoke to them and they said there was no record of the win. I have now closed my account.

I love Monkey Bingo. I did quite well when i got a free 10.00 for joining and managed to make a nice withdrawal :) my only little downfall i have is the chat room, as you don't know what room your friends are in as the chat is the same in every room. I thought that's what the lounge was for?!? But i cant fault the bingo - its fab!!
