About Mummies Bingo

Mummies Bingo opened in August 2014 and operates on Cozy Games software on the Live Bingo Network. This fast growing network has a fine selection of games and a very healthy player base meaning that the game prizes tend to be consistently good.

Withdrawal and wagering

Any winnings from the no deposit free bingo room must be wagered 8x on bingo or 40x on slots.

At least £5 must have been deposited to site prior to a withdrawal being made. One withdrawal permitted every 5 day period. Bonus will be reset to zero on withdrawal.

        Avoid this and any bingo site associated with Cozy games at all costs. You will have to send ID numerous times before it is accepted. Wins may be paid within about three weeks
        I joined dozens of Cozy sites after they invited me with their "generous" new player terms. They banked all my stakes, and I had to provide ID for all the sites.
        One week I was lucky and won three times on different Cozy sites, I got an e-mail from them saying I had breached their terms because I had joined more than one of their sites.They did not tell me this when I had staked money on the second or tenth or twenty fifth site. They were happy to take my stakes, but did not want to pay out winnings.
        I got a letter from Cozy saying I has forfeited any winnings, but as a gesture they would pay one of the wins. I was furious and asked to implement the complaints procedure.They would not give me the name of the organisation I could complain to! Eventually after contacting senior management I got paid out all three wins(£700) over a two month period.
        So if you join Mummies bingo make sure you don't also join another Cozy site (and there are lots of them) as you will have problems if you win.
        Be careful.

        Don't bother joining when u win they don't let u have your winnings! I sent it countless id which is not being accepted. And they're keep my money!

        I would never recommend this site or any of its "sister" sites. They will go out their way to make sure you can't withdraw. It's a complete sham to get you to just spend your winnings.

        Also, if you make a withdrawal request, fulfil their requirements and send proof of identity, etc. there's a good chance they'll say that your "proof" isn't readable or something along those lines and drag it out until they eventually put the money back into your bingo account.

        Doesn't sound too bad, right? But wait, they offer you a free 1.00 every day to play with and God help you if you've been using them after you requested to withdraw, because you now have a new wagering requirement to fulfil before you can try to withdraw the money you have already tried to withdraw! Great, isn't it?



        Terrible customer service and policies. The best of it is their sites are decently done as well. Shame.

        The worst site I have ever used. Stay well clear. Had 100 pounds and they took this off me to give me 40 pounds, then made me wager half of this money so I had 20 pounds left. Then to be told sorry u can't withdraw your money you need a minimum of 30 pound to withdraw.

        I joined Mummies Bingo a month ago, played £10, didn't take a bonus as I know how much you have to wager to withdraw. Lucky enough to win £150 and it has taken me 3 weeks to get the money out as they just kept saying I hadn't wagered the required amount. Have now realised the following.

        1) deposit £10 you have to spend £10 before you can withdraw.
        2) you can only withdraw £30 or over.
        3) can only withdraw once every 5 days, they don't mention that's from when they approve the withdrawal, which could be up to a week later than your withdrawal.
        4) you will never get a straight answer from the live chat , just stock answers and emails to contact who take up to 3 days to reply with stock answers again.

        Have finally received the £150 after two weeks and am closing immediately. Worse site I have ever played on. Big mistake.

        I am having the same problem. I played through the wagering requirements and had won £500. They are now telling me the wagering requirements are double what was stated. I am not amused and still waiting for an explanation and my cash!

        Update: wagered what I was asked to and ended up with £1257. It has taken over a week to get the first £300 in the bank and I cant withdraw again until a week after my request was processed, not from when I requested my previous withdrawal.
        This is ridiculous. I was so excited about winning this much and all this messing around to get it has put a serious dampener on it. Your withdrawal amount can be upped but I applied to do this and was refused.
        I feel they hold on to your winnings as long as possible hoping you will play again and lose it.
        Well no chance of that with me. I need the money for Christmas, especially as I have just become a Nanna to twins :) Never had this problem with other sites has even been in the bank the following day in some cases.

I have won about 1200 got my first withdrawal last week requested another one yesterday and they have said I haven't met the wagering requirements, even tho I didn't take a bonus and have definitely played thru my own money, so now waiting again.         Worst site ever even if you win which never happens you can only withdraw £300 a week. stay clear guys it's legalised robbery. they change how you play if you request no bonus when you deposit.
