Terrible site, I won £1600 that they refused to pay me. They are the worst casino site I have ever used. Use them at your own risk.

This casino is the worst I have ever experienced. It will do anything and everything to not pay you your money. Oh they are happy to take it. But when you make a withdrawal they wait days and days. Automated responses of "someone will be in touch soon" and then they say that you used a third party. I have given a picture of my bank statement with my name and address on. Highlighted the transactions. A picture of my bank card, my passport, my driving licence. And still this doesn't seem good enough. Now no one replies to my emails. On the chat they just say the relevant department will be in touch soon. I am reporting this site. And I would not recommend it. You may as well burn your money and hope that it reforms again from the ashes. You would have more chance of that happening than getting your money from this site.

Great choice of slots but that’s it. I withdrew on 15/9/19 and still not paid. I reversed funds as fed up of waiting but couldn’t play so withdrew again. After reading reviews elsewhere it appears they are notorious for this saying you have duplicate accounts. I’m not aware I have duplicate accounts. I sent extensive Id and even phone verification. When you go to live chat they just say the query is with finance. If they don’t want people to have more than one site in the group they should do what other sites do and have the link to stop you doing so.
